Kewtech Corporation TC3 Periodic Inspection Report, A4 pads of 50 certificates for Periodic Inspection.  To be used in conjunction with:-

• TC5 - Inspection Schedule Certificates up to 12 Way or
• TC6 - Inspection Schedule Certificates up to 36 Way
• TC7 - Observation/Record Sheet

Kewtech certificate sheets are clearly laid out and easy to complete allowing for full certification of all work carried out in compliance to BS7671. Each pad contains carbon copies for customer and contractor use.
