ACT Meters 4000 Auto-Ranging Digital Multi-Meter

The new ACT4000 is high relolution digital multimeter for alarm installers and service engineers. The large 3999 count LCD display enables measurements to be made to within 3 decimal places making it ideal for identifying potential and intermittent faults. The meter includes an RS-232C interface which allows troublesome circuits to be monitored and recorded by a PC. The ACT4000 is attractively styled in a rubberised protective ABS case. Supplied with test leads, RS-232 Cable, Windows Software and Operating Manual.
